  When looking for an appropriate agent to let property on my behalf I was over the moon to find Radcliffe & Rust. David & Richard have been first class from day one. Each & every aspect of what they do is done with transparency. I receive regular emails & calls about anything I need to know. The experience these guys have in the property game really shine through. I can't speak highly enough of them. Their rates are excellent too! Thank you once again gentlemen.

  I was really impressed with Radcliffe & Rust. Having had many negative experiences with rental agencies in Cambridge, it was lovely to come across a team that are honest about their properties and their fees (which are substantially less than their competitors!) We rang at 6pm on the off chance that we would be able to view a property that looked ideal, and were able to view it the next morning (a Saturday, no less) at 9am. On viewing the property, we were not disappointed- it looked even better than the photos, and we agreed a tenancy by 9.30am! Having dealt mainly with Richard, I can honestly say that I expect nothing more from a property manager- he's always on the end of a phone when needed, is approachable and knowledgable, and will ensure that any minor glitches or problems are sorted in record time. We're very happy in our new rental property and it's been a pleasure to interact with such a small firm with such efficient, personal service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Radcliffe & Rust to anyone looking to rent in the Cambridge area, and would definitely use them again! Thank you

  Really Excellent! If you want a straightforward, personalised and efficient service then go to Radcliffe & Rust! We currently rent a beautiful little flat from them that we moved into in April. Being students, we found dealing with a lot of the big letting agencies in Cambridge a real pain, often being lied to about fees / shown inaccurate pictures of properties / being sent to view totally inappropriate properties. Renting from R&R has been a breath of fresh air; both Richard & David are friendly, honest and approachable. They have provided us with useful help & advice many times before and since our move, and have always been very quick to sort out any problems we have encountered along the way. Fantastic Service provided by a lovely team. Thank-you! x
