Lovely place for kids to spend a sunny day. With a small wildlife haven. Good for a picnic and teaching your juds about nature and a quiet place to relax.

We have to try and drag my nephew away from here. He absolutely loves it. There's so many lovely little elements to it, and the wildlife focus means the adults get to enjoy it too!

Excellent place to visit. We have taken all of grandchildren many times and they absolutely love it. The model railway layout is one of the best in the UK with up to 6 or 7 trains running at the same time. The grandchildren started going to Railworld about 4 years ago and like to visit every time they stay with us. They are now 6 to 9 years old. There is also a lovely outdoor layout which they also enjoy plus a room with films of steam engines taken locally over many years. These run continuously plus drawing and colouring activities to do. A walk around the wildlife garden is a must. I would thoroughly recommend visiting Railworld to anyone who has young grandchildren and to anyone young or old who loves model railway layouts. Th

Railworld is a delightful little haven in the middle of Peterborough. And so much more than just 'rail' world. A large part of it is a wonderful garden full of flowers, fruit trees and more. We were there on a rather wet day, and, although it was still lovely, I bet it'd be fantastic on a sunny day, buzzing with bees, butterflies and so on...
