  Great place, friendly, lovely... Rooms and suites could do with some TLC .. Cobb webs and marks on skirting boards corners of walls but really good place overall

  Poor service can't even lay a table correctly or put ice in water. Staff seem unaware what exactly they are serving. Food is not great but even a small amount of presentation would helpThere's potential for this place to be way way better but without some attention to detail and some pride it will continue to fall way below its much inflated price tag

  Very good stay at Park Hall. Only slight problem with room (tap washers need maintenance). Service levels however exceptional. Especially at breakfast. I have stayed in some world class hotels, and the Service rivals their high standards of care. Very highly recommended. Well done to all. We will visit again.

  Complimentary room upgrade by a very nice member of staff. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Used jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, which was nice enough, but unfortunately they was all booked up for any treatments. Had a nice meal from Anju's Indian Restaurant as well. Would stay again.
