  We have been with the RBS for over 40 years and have always found the staff to be most helpful and friendly.

  I rate RBS in Chorlton 3.5 stars but could not enter a half star. Staff are friendly and proactive. They ask if you need any further help. In general, good customer service. They could do with having an extra person working on the cashier /customer service desk to handle financial transactions.
