  reasonably priced and not harassed as soon as you step thru door,altho some of the cheaper bikes could do with a bit more effort with valeting before putting on display.And dont expect a great trade in deal on your old machine even if its in realy good nick, like with most places that do second hand they will give you £20 and sell it for £100 etc

  Very disappointed with this shop. The workers act like idiots, I asked to repair the break, he dismounted the break, and when he was dismounting it, all the screws and other pieces were falling to the floor, like going to be missing, no professional, really careless. That only detail made me feel like, they are idiots. He told me I needed to change all the mechanism of the break, he was completely wrong, I went after, to 3 shops and they told that what I need it's to change the pads. I asked to mount again the mechanism and, those pieces that were around the floor, he it was going to miss one, the one called spring, only because I warned that piece, which was like rubbish in the floor, he was forgetting to place it back. And the story it does not finish here, I went out, and when I arrived to another bike shop, I realise that the spring it was missed (this man, the one who attend me, an idiot, he placed it wrong, and when I was riding, the piece fell). Really disappointed with this shop.

  Amazing bike shop!! The customer service is brilliant! If you need help on a bike they will just message you about to short it out! It’s so good! I would even recommend this over Halfords amazing prices good deals, etc...
