  I was in earlier today with my friend and our babies and will never be going back. I ordered a jacket potato but the server came over with a sandwich to which I said no. She then advised its filling me I said should be a jacket potato to which she started having a go at me for speaking to her like dirt. I started to apologise and ask if the guy who took the order has heard me wrong but she cut me off and had another go me. I demanded a refund so we could leave and she continued to keep having a go at me from the other side of the counter. Appalling customer service from Lisa, not that anyone had a name badge on so I had to ask for it and not one person apologised for her behaviour or even asked for my side of the story. All of this was while I was holding and feeding my 3 month old daughter.
