  I sent a member off staff for Hep B immunity. Was advised £95 over phone when booking, but asked to pay £350 after injection. I naturally advised them I had been misinformed if their price is £350 and asked them what they would do about it. In summary: The manager said my staff couldn't leave until I paid & would call the Police if I didn't. Wow, sounds like kidnapping threats! I would have been happy with an apology, but was refused one when asked & he hung up rather than apologise.

  I was recommended this clinic by my friend for Botox- I really loved my experience, had a thorough consultation beforehand which was really helpful then had the treatment afterwards. Great service for a great price!
