  Always found the staff friendly in the arts supplies bit. But recently asked the guy in the framing section advice on pricing for a frame. It was painful trying to get advice a price from him, and found him quite rude. Ended up going to Cass Arts instead were they were a lot more helpful. Shame, as the art shop side is a lot more helpful.

  Helpful and prices were competetive with the internet
