  James, the company owner fitted our new boiler. He kept in contact with my husband about when the boiler was going to be delivered to him, and the likely day he would be available. James fitted the boiler as soon as he could, which meant after a full days work - he worked till 10.05pm. Overall James was very professional and concientious. When he was in our home he was very engaging, polite and his work neat and tidy. When he left he said "I'm on the end of the phone". Work people don't usually say that. We would definitely recommend this company and absolutely use them again.

  Super professional, worked later to accomodate at short notice, willing to go above and beyond, price charged probably unbeatable, explained every detail of what was needed and what was to happen before, during and after, very personable, why can't all trades man be this way. Will always use James in the future and will recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks again James for your help.

  Very efficient servíce at great value. I was fortunate that an engineer was able to attend and complete the job (gas leak) within 1 hour of contacting them but aside from this , it was great to meet a friendly , knowledgeable engineer who also gave good advice . I will certainly be using this company again and be encouraging friends and family to also. Thanks for the great service !!

  Turned up on time as stated to do various jobs and never left till jobs were all completed. Very polite and courteous person who i would highly recommend to my family and friends. Explained all queries with ease and all appliances left fully working. Wouldn't hesitate to contact have work done in future.

  5 star professional service, highly recommend. Arrived on time,was polite and friendly. Professional job on my boiler. Clean and tidy with no mess left behind. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Answered my questions in a way I was able to understand. Reasonably priced. Very happy customer, I will defiantly be booking again for next year.
