::I’ve visted Revive for treatments a few times and every time the staff are so welcoming and lovely. The treatments are professional and I’ve always been satisfied. Only one little thing I’d pick at is, it is rather cramped upstairs but on that note they do have such a verity of services they offer.

::I have been to Revive a couple of times so far; the first time was nothing special but the second & the most recent visit was not a pleasant one at all. The hairdresser who cut my hair seemed reluctant to answer to any of my requests (not that I asked that much!) and kept on giving me lame excuses - e.g. when I asked for a little more volume to my fringe so that the end bits of my bangs don't prick my eyes, the girl nuanced as if it was 'my fault' to have such straight hair, then she did a very poor job, which made no different result in anyway. I have asked the exact, same request at other hairdrrssers before, but this was the first time that such an easy, little request was answered with a fail. Not only that, I felt none of the other staff were really helpful or attentive. Even the girl at the checkout desk was 'too busy' to take my payment for some reason. Overall, it felt more like a patience test than a relaxing, pampering experience. Hence, I will not recommend this place to anyone.

::My experience was horrible. After a half hour consultation I was conviced by the hair dresser she could give me the look I wanted and fully discussed the technique required to do this. On the day she arrived ten minutes late - no apology then told me that my hair wont look the colour I wanted. That would have been fine as long as she had stuck to the technique and finish discussed in my consultation. In the end I was completely unhappy and she still could not understand the look I was wanting to acheive. She gave up and admitted she just couldn't do what i had wanted and agreed I shud go elsewhere but still charged me full price after seeing how upset I was. I asked to complain to the manager and I was told by the hair dresser that she works independantly and she would have the ultimate decision to the outcome of my complaint anyway. I still spoke to the manager the next day and asked why I was given such a positive consultation and then on the day I was given a different story and the completely wrong look. There was no apology again, instead i was told my hair looked lovely. Which I agree, the look was fine, but NOT what I asked for. The manager said she would speak to the hair dresser and then would call me back. That was five months ago and I never got a call back. It was no surprise because I had already tasted the attitude. I went to another hair salon who did obviously charge me full but managed to do a straight forward tiger eye / balayage effect. Its the product and technique that mattered. Revive told me they did not agree with me on that, which is why I was a unhappy customer and unfortunately they didnt seem to care.

::Been twice for the mini treatment and afternoon tea special, both times having the mini facial. Loved the experience on both occasions. Relaxed and professional atmosphere and super afternoon tea. Have recommended to friends and will definitely be back!
