  I love this place, over the past few years I've bought 2 flat screen Tv's, a sound bar and subwoofer and a blue ray DVD player. Very helpful staff and they won't be beaten on price, find it cheaper and they will price match based on a like for like. Recently they include a 6 year warranty with majority of their Tv's free of charge. When I bought my first TV almost 5 years ago I purchased it as an additional extra, the good thing is if you don't use it you could claim your money back (which I will be doing this year). I had to claim on the tv as the HDMI was faulty, the tv was picked up, repaired and returned within a week so can't grumble at that. I use the Birmingham branch and they are always helpful. Will soon visit again to buy my 5.1 Sonos surround package.

  Called the store to check they had the T.V I wanted in stock, spoke to Shak who was extremely helpful & polite. When I got to the store my order was ready for collection and Shak even loaded it into the car for me. Very happy with my purchase.

  Perfect service from Shak the kit was ready and waiting when I got there, the guys even stood on guard duty as I was parked in the bay outside, the sound quality and music cast feature on the Yamaha kit is bang on, Shak I walked out without my mug again!!! I’ll be back...

  Although the store was busy I received fantastic service from the store manager Cliff today. He reimbursed our parking for us and threw in some freebies. Service with a smile :) Will definitely be back in the future.
