  Richer Sounds always offer the best service. By the end of my (free!) demo I had asked to listen to nearly half the speakers in the shop! James was more than happy to drag them across the shop to help me decide and I must say I’m glad I took the time as they are fantastic. Thanks again Richer Sounds!

  James was great for us. I haven't bought home entertainment gear for years so we booked an afternoon with him and he explained everything really clearly. We went in looking for high and came out having ordered that and a TV. Excellent service since as well, helping with setup questions.

  When I initially went into the store I thought I knew what I wanted, but James listened to my requirements and made a couple of alternative recommendations. I am pleased I listened to his advice as, though I spent a bit more, I got much better value and a more suitable product. I made several subsequent visits to the store and on each occasion received excellent service and advice from different members of the team. For me, it's a 40 mile round trip but well worth it!

  James was a star; he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my choice. Great service considering the shop was rammed with people. I was very demanding and insisted on leaving the shop that day with my desired purchase. James made that happen; after looking at options based on my original choice. I won’t be going anywhere else to purchase further equipment in the future. He even carried out the boxes to my van. One happy customer.
