  Highly recommended. Great prices and great customer service. I had a problem with an AV receiver I bought there and they swapped it immediately with no hassle at all.

  We bought a sound system and wireless sound bar from here, we then had issues trying to get them working to there optimum performance. The aftercare we received was brilliant and they helped get us up and running quickly.

  Helpful staff but check the opening times. I went mid morning and they hadn't opened. Had to go back but the TV I wanted wasn't in stock and would take 2 weeks for delivery. In the end I went to John Lewis because they did a price match and got the TV in store for me the next day. Parking isn't ideal but that's not really the fault of the shop. One of those dodgy car parks with number plate recognition, although Richer Sounds will reimburse your parking.

  Popped into the Leeds store to clarify a few things, they had exactly what I wanted to see and listen to. Nothing was too much trouble with no pressure to buy, only help and advice. Used in the past so as a returning customer I kind of knew they would sort me out. They did just that and I'm a very happy chap! Special mention to Roger for his time and patience.
