  Lovely hotel. Beautiful views. Attended a wedding reception. I would certainly come back and stay!

  We were at the Richmond Hill Hotel for a wedding reception. The evening was brilliant, plenty of seating for all guests, the food was lovely, drinks were pricey, but to be expected. Good sized dance floor & really decent DJ - although not sure if they were hired otherwise! Would highly recommend for similar evening events.

  Like a 1980s Rolls Royce: luxury that's a little tired. We had a lovely double room, not huge but space enough. However the bathroom was less impressive: hot water never more than tepid, cracked tiles, rattling extractor fan, bits of trim missing and an old neon light that started with blink blink blink ... pause .... ping! And then there's the stairs. Our room was 27 stairs (some little flights up, some down) and 5 firedoors from the lift. It was quicker to leg it up & down the fire exit to get to and from reception. Same thing to get to the restaurant: up 10 stairs, down 5, up 10, down 10... If you use a wheelchair or just struggle with stairs, you'll find this hotel a challenge. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  Stayed for 18 nights and Every single day different staff I came in contact with and all are very helpful and good manner. Day to day breakfast was always hot, rooms was right for comfort and the view from out side looking down to the river was amazing. I'll certainly stay here again for work of pleasure trip.

  My husband and I stayed here for one night for a relaxing weekend in London. The hotel is in a wonderful location, next to Richmond park and a gorgeous walk along the river towards the centre of Richmond and the station. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was light, modern and very comfortable (my husband particularly enjoyed having Sky Sports). There was a good amount of choice for breakfast and we used the leisure facilities too. The hotel is easy to get to and has convenient and reasonably priced overnight parking. We got a good price for the room too so it was very good value for money.
