  Yesterday I took my paint sample complete with the colour number on the reverse, to get a match for my metal faced front door. The assistant said he could mix it for me then asked if it was a Dulux colour, I said that I didn't think so. The paint mix computer failed to read the colour sample - on previous occasions in other shops, the assistant simply keyed in the paint number. However thus didn't seem to be possible. I asked him about primer so he showed me the shelf of spray paints in stock. I decided to visit another shop. Maybe Rudgeons could offer their s sales staff some training.

  We moved to a house in the Cambridge area a couple of years ago and have needed to buy many kinds of DIY materials and tools for home improvements. We've been back to the Cromwell Road Ridgeons store over and over again. Other suppliers may be fine as well, but the Ridgeons staff are so helpful and friendly that it makes it a real pleasure to go there.
