  i have never been so insulted and upset in my life. I come in to this store to have a browse on wednesday 21 september 2016 I picked up a £2 tub of glitter, I then put it back down on a different shelf, as I was about to walk out the door the mannager stood infront of me and said did you put the glitter back?! I said yes i did. I then stood outside tesco witch is opposite for 15 minutes waiting for my niece and this manager Patrick came over to me in public and said I hace just watched the video if you give me back the glitter back we will leave it at that . I was shocked i said i have not took any glitter, check my bags! He didnt check my bags. Tnen I said i will come back in the store and show you witch shelf I put it on i then said am i going to get an apology he said no your bard! for what? I adked ? Then I went back into the store and asked his name cause I will be reporting this he started shouting at me (this is a mannager how unprofessional speaking to customers like that ) I went home in tears rung up the store and this Patrick answered wouldnt let me speak was talking over me telling me he seen me take it and its on video . Then before i could speak he put the phone down. I tried ring for talk twice again . If i had stolen why would i wait outside the store if iv just robbed . Why would i go back in the store why would i ring the store askin his name for the head offices number and why would i asked to see the video . This mans customer's service of a mannager is disgusting is never come across anyone like it and he defiantly shouldn't have a mannagers roll speaking to customers like that . Then my sister rung up the shop and he wouldn't let her speak talking over her at first he wouldn't give us head office number and was being awkward not giving us his email address after half an hour being in the phone he also made a comment about it happens all the time cause of the area . When he's not from this area himself .I would like to make an official complaint and want an apology.
