  Craig came out for a leaking laundry faucet. This "plumber" could not find to water shut off, even when I showed him where is was. He responded, "that's not it". He did not fix the problem and then changed me a $25 trip charge as well as an hourly rate. Left, with no work done and my money! DO NOT USE THIS JOKER! I Called a real plumber who came out, fixed the issue AFTER USING THE WATER SHUT OFF THAT I SHOWED CRAIG. I asked for my money back and never got a response. BEWARE!
