  I found RCE through a Google internet search and saw that they had a lovely new Wilier CX bike on sale with a massive reduction on RRP. They were very friendly and helpful when I called them and despite me not being able to visit the store (I stay in Scotland) we agreed also on a price for a trade in bike based on the photos I sent by email. Week or so later I made the journey down to clinch the deal and pick up my new bike. Everything went smoothly and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

  Absolutely outstanding customer service at Road Cycle Exchange. Highly competent team at the bike shop and best coffee in town! totally recommend this place.

  I don't know much about bikes, but the coffee is the best in the neighbourhood and the staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. They've got a nice range of cakes and bakes now too (awesome banana bread!). Really lovely place to sit with a book and chill.

  This is an unsolicited review, but my excellent repeat experience with Road Cycle Exchange motivated me to share. I've purchased a Pinarello Dogma 65.1 Think 2 frame set, and had it shipped to the US. Customer service was outstanding (I talked to Matt), and I was surprised how quickly the frame arrived by mail. The price was nearly half of what I would have paid in the US. Super well packaged and impeccable product. Due to this excellent experience, I also decided to purchase a winter bike from Road Cycle Exchange. Again, I worked with Matt and ended up with a Wilier Motirolo bike that was advertised as 'well used'. The mechanics, chain, sprockets, and wheels were new, and the frame in outstanding condition (only a few scratches on the 2009 bike) when it arrived. This time, I had the bike delivered to Germany. Again, fast and secure shipping. The price was very fair again. Easy assembly, and I've been very pleased with the quality of product and the comprehensive service by Road Cycle Exchange. I have recommended this business wholeheartedly to my friends and the local 'chain-gang'. If you're in the market for a used (but good as new and expertly serviced bike), give Road Cycle Exchange a go.
