  Very prestigious and many cars on offer. Staff were polite in person, less so on the phone when it comes to explaining issues .another let down is lack of parking as you have to park on a side street with parking restrictions. Not very helpful if you're unlucky enough to go within the parking restrictions time frame

  Check, test drive and payment. Very nice and smooth experience selling my car to them. And they offer me a good price. Probably will call them first time next time I want to sell a car.

  I would certainly recommend Romans of St Albans. They are there for you both before you buy and after you drive the car away! I recently bought a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and drove home a happy fella. Unfortunately after 3 days the car would not start as the battery was flat. I live 240 miles away and so took the car to my local Porsche specialists to have the problem sorted. After 2 weeks of investigation, they could not find the fault. I called John Falletta who said 'don't spend money on the car, we guaranteed the car for a year, bring the car back - we'll find the problem and we'll fix the problem'. I took the car back and within 2 days, John's technical guys had found a problem with the Bose sound system amplifier which caused it to discharge the battery. They fitted a replacement amplifier and the car is good. Roman's gave me a 1 year warranty. They stood by it. This is the sort of service you hope for when buying an expensive used car. We all know things can go wrong. We just want the dealer to fix them. What price 'peace of mind'. Can't speak highly enough of the team at Roman's. Will certainly buy from Romans again.   Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Romans of St. Albans whether buying or selling. David, John and all the team are approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about the premium end of the market. The quality of their stock is remarkable and extremely tempting!   What a great car buying experience. John and the team made a great effort to accommodate us and turned it all around very quickly. Nothing was too much. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others
