  Not good. Whitebait & Garlic Mushroom starters verging on burnt. Of the mains Lasagne was dried up, mushy peas with the fish & chips smelled & tasted horrible, roasted vegetables with my grilled halloumi were more stewed than roasted (probably done in the microwave). One of the blackberry & apple pies served up for dessert was stone cold as was the custard that came with it. (To be fair that was taken off the bill) Won't be returning any time soon.

  Went here for a Sunday roast, was very minimal and luke warm. Had pork with 2 tiny pieces of shrivelled apple skin. Lovely serving staff!

  We there last night which was a beautiful evening but the environment of the Rose Revived was appalling, tables not cleared, considerable amount of rubbish on the floor and chairs stroon about without anyone tidying anything. What a shame as it is such a big setting. The bar staff were unhelpful and we had to wait in a long queue for a drink to be told that it would be over an hour for food. Needless to say we did not stay! We were not the only ones disappointed with this experience, please take note as as it should be a lot better!

  Excellent meal. Lovely setting. Attentive service. Had the Sea Bass and Scallops Risotto which was very nice. Will be back in the summer so I can sit outside. My only criticism would be that the risotto could have a bit more creamy but that's the chef in me. No Strawberries for the Eton Mess so was offered it with Cherry Coulis and was glad I went with the as it was yummy... Will deffo be back next time I'm in Witney

  My family and I went to their restaurant and didn't find the food very appealing. In the kids menu the chicken nuggets full of oil and the smothered chicken breast was chewy and dry. Also, in the sides, we were supposed to get as mix of vegetable yet we received a few sweet peppers. In the adults meal, the coleslaw was honestly disgusting, filled with a lot of mayonnaise. Chips were good but overall really disappointed about the food.
