  There is room for a lot of improvement I have been here quite a few times each room has there problems like this time no hangers so I couldn't hang my cloths up , it wad so hot in the room , but saying that you could not foult the reception , any thing I neaded she got it for me so I praise her for that . But I must like it I keep coming back.

  Shocking. There are alot alot better places to stay. The hotel is grim and Ilford worse.

  excellent location...!! helpfull staff and receptionist..!! comfortable rooms and services in the room breakfast english freshly cooked everyday.. nearest to ilford station and transportation really amazing thanks rotana hotel staff!!
