  Food was ok, nothing to write home about.. I rang up to place my order and the woman who spoke to me was slightly rude, very abrupt.

  Very fast service starter very good But I ordered Cantonese prawn what I received was sweet and sour prawn I am accustomed to Cantonese food this was not it !!!

  A truly shocking and quite frankly disgusting show of poor customer service. Considering we have used this Chinese weekly through three name changes for years we were left without our food for over two hours. After an hour, when we rang, we were told our food had not even started to be cooked. When we rang an hour later (2 hours after ordering) we were told it was coming. It was only when we said that if it did not arrive in the next 5 minutes we wanted to cancel that it turned up. Now considering we were a loyal customer when we suggested having some money taken off the cost (we did not demand a free meal just a discount) and were given the option of £2.30 off a £27.30 meal we were not best pleased. The screaming match that took place on our doorstep was the last straw. I would strongly advise customers take their hard earned money elsewhere!
