    The staff here are very welcoming, polite and personally I never have had a failed delivery.....Most things I now order from Amazon can be sent directly to the post office ready for me to pick up on the way back from work.

    This is unacceptable, the 3rd complain that we make. Parcels being delivered in an unsafe area, on the corridors of the entry to our block of flats, where CLEARLY there are signs for parcels not to be left there. Missed parcels cards being thrown in the postbox downstairs, without even trying to actually ring our flat number and deliver it. The latest one happening to a parcel that I personally paid for a Special Delivery Next day before 1PM. They can't even deliver those. Once, we caught all this in action, a notification from Amazon that our parcels couldn't be deliver. Moments later we found out they used Royal Mail for that specific parcel. We quickly ran downstairs, found the missed card in the post box, and the Post Man was just leaving the building. We started questioning him. He was very rude, and on top of this, he stated, and I have all this recorded on the camera, he stated that it's not his job to deliver parcels to our door. How can that be, when the parcel clearly states that a signature is required? Or it's Special Delivery? Worst worst service I have every received and it's NOT a one time off. It happen again and again on multiple occasions.

    Parcel delivered on 29/11/2017 to a neighbour without notification. Called into Orton Southgate office with the tracking number. Advised someone would call me the next day. Still waiting 4/12/2017 Ps The people rating this site 5* ironically work for Royal Mail
