  Absolutely shocking, Nobody seems to know what there doing. No collection on sept weekend Monday after filling in the appropriate form and alao calling to verify. Don't thing anyone knows what there doing.

  Appalling services , I currently have a special delivery and Glasgow mail center center kept it for 2 whole days knowingly I should have got it on the 27th at 1pm

  I've not had any problems with this mail centre. Items delivered on time. Signed for. If I'm out, it's taken back to the local sorting office. I've used other companies and if your not in they just leave it on my door step if it doesn't go through the letter box. Lazy. If had items stolen from other couriers, but not with Royal Mail. They're more professional.
