  You will need to book an appointment in advance in order to get your visa. Staff are friendly and reliable. The consulate is normally busy but the visa process is swift. Pricing has increased with an added admin fee of £10.00. It can be a little difficult to find if you are visiting for the first time so make sure you street view it before you go and parking is sparse so keep this in mind if you are traveling by car. You may have to park in the Cardiff Bay parking or within Cardiff town and walk etc. I have been to the consulate three times now and have always had my visa issued with no problems.

  The family who work here are extremely helpful and friendly Have been going there for our visas for many years and they are always welcoming. And very hard working Thank u guys for all your help & assistance over the years
