  Staff seem nice, and good quality clothes but the prices are extortionate for a charity shop. It really is the most expensive I have ever seen and I love charity shopping in London. Most items are over £60.. even high street brands retail for their approximate value when new. I wish they would get their pricing more in line with other places in London so that I could shop there!

  The prices are an eye-watering joke in this shop, but it's not only the prices which make this a contender for worst charity shop in London. No, it's the attitude of the volunteers, who appear to treat the advertised prices as mere guidelines and the shoppers as idiots to be relieved of their money without scruple. I've watched innocent tourists ripped-off by paying for items that can be bought much cheaper elsewhere and often new rather than second-hand. This shop really needs to be investigated by Trading Standards. To my mind it is little better than a trap for unwary tourists. It appears local people like myself are already aware of the shady nature of this so-called "charity" thank goodness. To any tourists reading this, avoid at all costs. No stars.

  Good quality clothing but many items no cheaper than retail when new. Some volunteers with very little grasp of English so avoid asking detailed questions.

  Just impressive more than anything else. Rack full of designer goods, though they do know how much they should sell for so don't expect massive bargains

  An absolute treasure trove with a beautifully curated selection of products - always neat, creatively displayed, tidy and varied. Constant additions throughout the week. A London it shop.
