  Un peu loin de l aéroport Leeds mais au centre ville de Leeds on peut aller à pied et visiter sans passer par le transport en commun près de station de train le lieu est propre et petit déjeuner compris prix très raisonnable

  Great value for money, clean with all-day tea & coffee with friendly service Shower isn't very powerful though

  If your ideal place of rest is in a stuffy office environment with a caffeinated condescending host running around putting you on edge then this is the place for you. We arrived to nothing organised for us, despite booking in advance. The main guy working here at the time/manager was insanely condescending. Besides all the sexist remarks and sterotype digs he made, at one point he teased handing me the door code, repeatedly pulling it away from my grasp and pretending to hand it to me again. He didn't once stop talking to us throughout our 2 days/nights staying here. We didn't have a minute to relax as he was hanging over us when we were sitting, talking, cooking, eating, reminding us about when we were leaving and muttering about all the work he had to do, making his problems our problems.

  good rooms for the price, free breakfast, fully operational kitchen, good location within walking distance to central leeds

  + Location for being at the First Direct Arena + Discount for inconvenience - Emailed on the morning to say that would have to stay at other location and would have to have twin beds after booking a double bed - Staff member in at the time smelled of alcohol - Room was unclean - Shower room was disgusting - floor and shower were dirty - Very noisy location
