  Awful shop, since the "refurbishment" the shop has gone down hill, half of the stock you used to hold is no longer there, clothes are terrible, as for the argos in there a total waste of time. Was in there today one till open, so went to the self service till, they were not working, waited 15 mins for someone to come, I ended up leaving my shopping, will not be using sainsbury again

  My favorite big supermarket as i receive quality products and good price. . Especially around xmas . 15£ for a bottle of drambuie. Bargain

  Like the idea of having an argos here for collection. Layout could be improved in the store. Standard produce for a Sainsbury's. Some frirndly helpful staff. Has the majority of produce needed for daily food. Not a superstore however and could improve mens range of clothes as very limited incorrect size charting.

  The Nectar Card. The ‘loyalty’ system that generously gives you £2.50 off your shopping for every £1 million you spend (or so it seems). Having to ‘rent’ a trolley for £1. Check-out staff trained in the art of tedious small-talk and who guard their free plastic bags like the crown jewels. Hands-down the worst self-service tills on the High Street.

  Since reorganisation, not impressed. Greatly reduced choice. Organic choice vastly reduced - milk especially very badly managed and when available, expiry date far too close. Vegetable choice poor, too much now prepacked. After 34 years, seriously considering my options.
