  Helpful staff when I asked them some alimentary information. Prices are higher but that's in ever Sainsbury's local and before you go inside a store you should know it.

  The usual poor self service checkout and a security man who seems to be looking for something to do.

  One of the larger locals. Good range given size of store, including fresh veg and fruit, and bakery selection. Some self service tills to speed up your shop if you only need a couple of items.

  Relatively large supermarket with a decent range of products. Friendly staff and efficient check out systems

  No matter what time of day or evening, the staff have always been friendly. Those with negative feedback perhaps should take a reality check. There is one employee in particular that I would like to take a minute to especially commend : Stephanie (not sure of her surname/family name). Without exception, every time I've seen her she goes out of her way to be extremely helpful. I've witnessed her interactions with other customers, and it's above and beyond what one might expect during a short trip to the local grocery. Her genuine smile and genuine concern for the customer is clearly visible and highly appreciated. After 10 days consecutively of shopping here, I was always so happy to see her working hard at every shift and always so very kind and extremely helpful to me and everyone that she was helping. Her work ethic impressed me so much that I asked to speak with her Manager, Wayeley, to give my positive, honest feedback in person. There were bargains to be had, shopping-wise, that also kept me coming back. As an American who had been working and living in Italy, it was so refreshing to come into a well-organized store with very helpful staff that clearly understand the concept of helpful Customer Service. Bravo to Stephanie, and thank you Wayeley for letting me share my enthusiasm for a job well done!
