  Fantastic historic City church - you can expect to find gorgeous interiors and decorations all around - despite the not very promising construction site all around it. I especially enjoy their bells playing at evenings and the lunchtime recitals on Wednesdays.

  St Botolph is a set of four parishes, each situated at the four walls of the City of London. This one here is situated at Aldgate. Passed through here on one of the evening walking tours examining the mystery of Jack the Ripper. Known during that time as a church for prostitutes, legend has it that Jack the Ripper stalked one of his victim from this location.

  One of the most remarkable churches in the City of London - if you're in the area you must check out its amazing Victorian era stained-glass windows, and that Victorian curiosity Postman's Park is just next door.
