  Staff are not welcoming at all. They almost kick you out the store. So arrogant and they feel like (oh we are too good to be talking to you)

  Excellent customer service; every time I go in their staff are on hand, friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for or give advice when needed. I have bought multiple products from here for hair and nails and have always left happy.

  I 've bought something and when i opened the package i saw that it was used. After 3 days i went and explain what happened and they don't give me a refund but just tell me that they refuse the return. I 'll never go back there. They are no professionals.
