  Be Careful With This man irresponsible landlord.... He lost the case in court but no repair the house. A disabled person with pregnancy wife and two children live in inappropriate house with rats , humidity, water seepage, broken doors, some doors losses, kitchen floor broken, moving. I purchased 3 washing machine in last 18 months with my money. Single glass in principal door with 3 centimetres space where it enters the cold and wind. I have a garage without door, not window or gate unused because this man not want repair. Last year this man given two bottles 6 litres of paint for painting a 3 bedroom house with dinner room and living room with wallpapers in all rooms. 6 litres = 35 square meters coverage With two bottles not painting two rooms The central heating fault last year he did not answer I paid about £600 with my money all damage caused to my family you will pay with diseases..... so it will not enjoy the money you get to save.
