  Decent shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Other than a blind love of Bixby they are knowlagable of their products and are open to assisting if an issue arises with a preveousley purchased product. It's in the middle of Liverpool 1 so it's close to refreshments should you run out of steam when sampling the latest tech.

  I went in with my son's broken phone to see if they could take off the data. I spoke to Sylvia who was obviously so knowledgeable. I was offered good sound advice without being pushed into buying anything. Very genuine but most importantly knew her stuff. Will definitely use Samsung again, thanks Sylvia. Jo

  Peter was very efficient and handled both my boyfriend's and my issues very quickly. Jay was an absolute star. So friendly and knowledgeable couldn't fault his service! Would recommend to anyone
