  shocking experience for a loyal Samsung customer. I was told to go into store and I would be able to have my phone screen changed the same time. the person who dealt with me was uninterested and arrogant. I wont be coming back

  excellent service. Helped with a phone repair and also support and guidance with using my phone better. Also advised and demonstrated speakers which I plan to buy.

  Excellent service. Left my wife's phone for repair and had a call the next day to say it was ready for collection. Staff were excellent.

  Took my samsung tablet in today as it was completely dead. When I took it to PC World yesterday where I bought it, they did not tell me it was still under warranty, but the lovely girl in the shop told me it was and that hopefully it can be fixed free of charge. Well done.

  I can't say enough good things about the people here. I took my S8 in for repair because of screen burn in. 25 hours later I had a phone with a new front, back and battery, all done under warranty. The guys here were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And contrary to other reviews they answered the phone straight away when I called. Fantastic service.
