  Deserves a reward for worst bank of the decade for the way they handle things. Will give students overdraft accounts on low income for first time banking experience and don't inform customers of any overdraft made for over 2 weeks. Always arguments inside their branches all over Ayrshire.

  Dropped in to apply for an account. Saw someone quickly. Very helpful and pleasant staff
