  Just been there and expected the worst. It was fine and certainly better than the usual branch. The girl behind counter couldnt have been lovlier and helpful. All Cash points working too. London Bridge is my 1 star branch. Dreadful.

  Cashiers extremely slow. Not enough staff to keep queues down so I normally leave after waiting long enough. Rude and patronising staff especially carmen who is impersonal and clearly has had no training in good customer service. Appalling experience

  The single most rude and unhelpful bank I have ever been to in my life. It's so clear when you enter the bank that people working there hate their own jobs. They don't want to do anything for you. Also, the ATM outside is always broken, and they don't seem to care about it.
