::Absolutely terrible been banking with Santander for 17+years every month my wages have gone in on the dot !! I’ve had a overdraft again for a number of years!! Try and get a personal loan!!! 😂 😂😂😂 will be changing banks today and will be getting everyone I know to do the same ! ::In the time I have banked with this company, at first seemed ok. Staff in branch are very friendly and helpful, however it's call centre staff are a different kettle of fish. Not the greatest when need money stopped going out of account. Was advised until it's gone we can't do anything about it, despite being in holdings to a unknown company.. As a result of lack of help I have lost all faith in Santander as a bank and commenced an immediate switch to a different bank.
