  Terrible experience spent 20 min trying to speak to soneone but passed around automated messages. Complete shambles and inadeqate customer care. No wonder banking industy is in a mess

  This is really no stars . I tried to pay a cheque into my business account. Sorry you can't do that in this branch. We only pay cheques into personal accounts. What I thought you were a bank. You'll have to pay by bank transfer. How it's in my business name. Sorry can't help you. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BUNCH OF MORONS.

  Perfectly matches my needs for everyday banking. Staff are helpful and friendly, getting everything done quick. I recently had a big cash operation coming through and they handled it very professionally. I have to agree with the comment about it been a bit understaffed at times, I hope they will adjust for that soon

  Higher up staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Woman who booked my appointment for me was very nice and helpful. Not enough staff working for such a busy branch. Man who I saw to set up my account was very young and didn't seem to know how banking worked, left the room multiple times to ask his manager if or how he could do certain things. Looks very nice inside though and there's seating areas to wait.
