  Nice if constrained menu. Setting is unique and has real charm. Owners dog is a delight to engage with. Food was very good. Lots of parking available. Cosy bar is great for pre dinner drinks in front of the fire. We will be back!

  A lovely place to stay. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend the schoolhouse as a place to stay.

  Amazing building, the owners are so nice and do a fantastic job, to top it off the food is a must try

  Friendly people. Good beds. If you are looking for a premier inn, then this place is not for you. It is run by a couple who is caring and the food might be pricey but it is of gooooood quality.

  For two adults and a young child this was fine. We were greeted just before 10pm and met the dog who was very friendly. Would've been nice to get a drink but bed time for a family anyway. It's a good building and far enough from the M4 not to be noisy. Room could've done with a little more colour; drinks, swankier bathroom, mini bar? Breakfast was superb though!
