  The prices are a little bit too expensive but the store merchant are excelent.

  Absolutely appalling inconsiderate manager with no sympathy or understanding of the word 'customer service' their product breaks so quickly with no apology or replacement or refund. Will never be shopping here again honestly. Potentially my personal worst experience with any shop! Pure con artists.

  Absolutely poor customer service. Both managers very inconsiderate no compassion. Spent £70 on a pair of schuh own brand shoes destroyed after 2 months of owning the product completely unwearable! they say it's not a manufacturing error its my fault. THE SHOES SHOULDN'T BE BREAKING AFTER 2 MONTHS. Wish I had of invested my money on a pair of doc martens as they would have lasted 2 years with minimal signs of damage. ABSOLUTE CON. I will not be purchasing anything from Schuh ever again if they do not accept the product they sold me was low quality and broke too quickly.

  Poor service from both the store and HO office level, not bothered about after care one little bit.
