  Always superb and very polite service. Some great choices of footwear. The shop floor is a bit small but the goods make up for that. Update: I went into the Drake Circus Plymouth branch on Sunday and was really well looked after by Romani ? my size of shoe wasn't in stock so she ordered them for me and they have just arrived at my home via Parcelforce with no postage or packaging charged, If I could give more stars I would David

  I am of senior age and went shopping in the sales looking for deck style shoes. The reaction I received in several shops was to put it mildly indifferent. When went into SCHUH I was greeted in and enthusiastic manner and guided to a good bargain with the style and price range I was looking for. I was then passed over to a young lady who completed my purchase with an equal manner of service and enthusiasm. When I came home I looked up the Company and found there is a profit sharing scheme . Perhaps other companies should look at this!!
