::If you want a long wait of over 2 half weeks to get a carpet fitted and £30 charge for delivery that the fitters bring to the job. Then charge you extra for grippers that there was no mention of at point of sale in the shop. Then they won't fit carpet till you agree to pay the extra £16 because at this point you basically can't say no. Avoid them at all costs there's so many carpet shops in dundee to choose from go there instead worst experience in getting a carpet.

::They failed to provide delivery, and order cannot be cancelled. Their service is not good, so try to avoid them!

::The sale staff where nice and friendly but after I spent nearly £900 on carpets I was treated ver,y poorly by the carpet fitters and staff .. In the future I would NEVER buy anything from SCS again as the after sales are not professional and just RUDE
