  Visited SCS today and after quite a few days trawling round various furniture outlets eventually got what we were looking for at a decent price with the added Black Friday Bonus, quite a pleasant experience if there is such a thing when you are sofa hunting, no pressure and Darren our sales person was very polite knowledgeable and helpful, I just wish we had gone here first. All in all everyone was very helpful and would recommend anyone to give them a visit as I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised and a great selection too. Thanks again Darren.

  The store is set out well and is as expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful (a little eager). When it came to purchasing the sofa the member of the team was very thorough and helpful. It appears he is also good at up-selling. I would be cautious if you have a budget as they will have you upgrading to scatter cushions and different materials which soon adds up. Still waiting for the delivery will update on quality of sofa and delivery experience

  I recently purchased a sofa at your store but when delivered it seemed to have a fault. We then dealt with the store's Manager (John) who was very helpful and provided us with great service. John told us we could choose any sofa in the store and that he would have this resolved as soon as possible so we would receive our product within 24 hours. We were very happy with the service and care given by John and pleased with how quickly he was able to resolve the problem. Please pass on our thanks to your team from us.
