::This is a great surgery, very easy parking available, especially for disabled/elderly/families etc, very easy access, especially for disabled etc, chemist is right next door, bus stop right by front door, doctors and staff are lovely, welcoming, friendly, professional, nothing to much trouble, family friendly of course, but the main thing is, you don't have to make an appointment, just turn up at 8am when they open and although you may have to wait, ( which I must say I have waited no more than 30mins ), you will be seen by a doctor, also, should you need blood tests etc, the York Centre is 5 min walking distance.

::Doctors are good but all of it was ruined by bad reception staff, who kept sending my appointments to wrong address despite confirming correct address several times, and kept telling me I had to re-register each time I wanted to see the GP. Would recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to be in for a hassle.

::Only registered at the surgery a few days ago, so at the moment my only experience is of Angie who took my registration papers off me. She was so lovely and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to visit very often, but my first impression was very good!

::Hi, So here we go. I recently called the Sefton Medical Centre (around 12) to book an appointment for tomorrow as I feel fain under my ribs and I had few heavy nights. The lady on the phone told me she can’t book an appointment for tomorrow for some mysterious reason so she told me that to Call them back tomorrow at 8 in the morning. Well I politely mentioned that I worked late and I finish after midnight…. Therefore, calling the practice at 8 it’s very difficult for me. I understand it is mostly not the staff fault… BUT since when BUROCRACY have a bigger value than human health or COMMON SENSE?!?!?!?! I ask the public!!! Would it be so extremely difficult to book that 30 min appointment to me for the next morning? Cheers, Attila

::Sometimes a bit of a wait but never as much as I've had anywhere else. Really friendly receptionists, and medical staff. Doctors and the nurse take you completely seriously, answer all of your questions, treat you with honesty and respect. I never leave feeling unhappy.
