  I have many good memories of my time living here. It's location, right on the park, with lovely green views out of the bay window, is superb. However, I had no end of problems here too. The quality of finishing is shoddy, with flaky, cracked grout, etc even from when it first opened. Apartment doors are flimsy and I question whether they would do much to stop a break-in (at least there are cameras). The only thing reliable about the internet connection is that it is unreliable, which never got truly sorted out after 18 months at the property... indeed, the biggest problem lies with the landlord, who seems content to not really solve problems but is happy to be casually abusive to tenants (especially female ones), and the lettings agency (Golding Estates) who were frankly woeful. In the end I took Golding to the Ombudsman and the issue persisted in one form or another until I moved out. Lovely location and building, but I probably wouldn't live here again.
