  been using series9 for ten years or so, keeping a thirty year old merc on the road. honest and helpful in my experience, never had any real issues to complain about

  ABYSMAL!....total garbage!...if those Muppets are BMW specialists then I am a former sidekick of Albert Einstein, i took my car there because of an emissions problem after failing an MOT, they had my car for nearly 2 weeks, most of which was spent parked up, they didn't have a clue how to solve the problem, but still emptied my pockets of £280..total waste of time and money, plus the premises are a dire joke, with loads of unfinished cars shoehorned every which way on top of each other, if anyone values their nice BMW or Audi, don't take it there, you'll regret it ...GUARANTEED!!

  Terrible, called 4 times asking if they could repair my backing plate on my BMW 3 series, kept getting fobbed off saying they couldn't fit me in this week but will call me when they can. After 4 calls over a month and being told "we'll call you next week" and never hearing back, I got fed up and took it to Halfords who sorted it in an hour.
