  Really upset with the flowers I ordered to give as a present. I ended with with 6 tulips for £10, which aren't in great condition and leaves that are cracking and old. I normally use Wards the Florist but it recently shut down. I'm really upset and disappointed, I hope the person who recieves them isn't either.

  After ringing other florists who were truly miserable found this lovely gentleman who was so helpful and performed a miracle. Four fabulous bouquets by dinnertime despite the short notice and having a staff member off sick. Thank you, the best flower shop in York.
