  Very, very expensive and the technicians are not great. They will use your computer to learn as they go. I can fix my own PC but I had a software/hardware issue which I could not resolve (nor could they with any certainty) I removed my PC from the store after I heard they charge 1.5 hrs labour for a SSD installation (SSD not included) with a clean windows install. (the SSD can be installed in 5 minutes and Windows around 1/2 hr.) So, they charge around 150 pounds minimum to press the "enter" key a few times while Windows self installs... Smug money grabbers.

  Sevenoaks Computers are a well-established IT company that cater for a range of requirements including software support and hardware repairs. I have dealt with them regularly over the past 4 years and have always found the shop staff and engineers to be friendly and eager to offer objective help and advice. In particular a laptop booked in with their workshop for repair (which another company had said had a drive with unrecoverable data) was upgraded to a solid state drive which made the machine run better than new (so fast!), they were even able to recover the data which I had given up on. They also offer on-site visits which I made use of recently to have several powerline adapters & wireless access points fitted to resolve an issue with weak wireless signal. I can thoroughly recommend this service as it was good value for money, but more importantly their engineer Tom was very down-to-earth and friendly, offering honest advice and explaining what he had done without resorting to jargon. Overall a great experience and I’ll no doubt be back again soon.

  An excellent service from Robbie at Sevenoaks Computers who gave me some very good advice with regard to the type of laptop which would suit my needs. I am certainly very happy with my new laptop and it is also good to know that if I need any help or advice, Robbie will certainly be able to help me which is very reassuring!

  I was recommended to this firm by two independent people. I requested Sevenoaks computers to help me with an error message alerting me to back ups being prevented. I also requested them to load windows 365 and sort out multiple outlook problems. They attended at my home the next day resolving all issues within an afternoon together with a brief telephone call using remote access the next day. Both gentlemen who helped me were courteous, pleasant and capable. I thank them most sincerely for saving me a great deal of time at a reasonable cost.
