  Had an absolute terrible experience thanks to Andrew kemp, made me and my partner feel stupid and like we couldn’t afford a car!!! Everyone else is great and they are the reason we bought the car but Andrew kemp is the reason we will not go back which is a shame as he is the only reason we won’t go back. We do feel bad as the rest are great but we can’t go back while he is there We do

  excellent customer service from peter and all the team at sg petch york nothing was to much trouble they went out of their way to help us when we were buying our new car have already recommended to family & friends they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door they are just like another family we will definitely buy another car from them in the future thank you from Colin & Pauline ( cake lady )

  Excellent sales services and customer care. Although my car purchase delivery was slightly delayed due to circumstances out of S G Petch's control(courtesy car provided), I was kept in the loop with what was going on all the time. Kevin Jackson is a top salesman very courteous and helpful.

  This is the first time we had used the SG Petch York branch and the sales service was excellent. Kevin Jackson from the Kia sales team really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be recommending Kevin and the branch to my friends and family.
