  excellent fast service. i had my house with an estate agent but they failed to sell. i instructed sharpes four weeks before thier december auction. my property sold at auction for more then reserve price infact very close to estate agent’s original price and i recieved money after 15days.

  Sharpe's Property Auction are the best auction house. The staff are amazing and very helpful and dedicate their time to you and help you with sale of the property. With my property they managed to sell the property before it even reached the auction day, which gave me huge relief. They also helped me co ordinate with my solicitor and advised me from their vast experience and guided me to make sure I got the best sale for my property.

  Sharpes Auction in Bradford W.Yorkshire have been absolute outstanding to deal with on the sale of my home.I had the house on the market for over 12 months with two different agents who provided me a poor service with no updates and no end result.Sharpes auctioneers kept me updated regularly and had 4 offers before date of the auction. Sharpes Auctioneers got me a higher than the asking price too. I have already recommended Sharpes to my family and friends and will not think twice in using them again.
